Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Workforce Management Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This position is crucial for ensuring optimal staffing, scheduling, and performance forecasting to support our operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Monitor live queues and agent availability
- Track and analyze key performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR and Operations departments
- Prepare comprehensive WFM reports
- Support headcount planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in WFM
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis
