Job Description
SEER SOLUTIONS DMCC is looking for a skilled HR and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in Lahore, Pakistan. The successful candidate will possess 6-8 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
In this role, you will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, aid in recruitment initiatives, organize training programs, and maintain precise employee records. Additionally, you will manage office administration tasks, facilitate communication, and contribute to creating a professional work environment.
The position requires fluency in both English and Urdu, a strong command of MS Office and ERP systems, as well as exceptional communication skills.
