Job Description
Afzaal Awais Farooq & Co., Chartered Accountants is seeking a qualified HR Manager to join our team.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs.
- Investigate employee issues and resolve conflicts.
- Apply company HR policies consistently and maintain HR systems.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month
Location: Must reliably commute or relocate to Sialkot.
Experience: 5 years in Human Resource Management required.
Education: Master’s degree preferred.
