Job Description
ASK Development, a reputable telecom company, is in search of a committed Customer Care Executive. This role entails engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing payments, and updating customer accounts with relevant information.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month with performance-based incentives.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and have at least 6 months of experience in customer service. The position requires availability in Islamabad.
