Job Description

Promethium is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to type at a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.

Responsibilities include providing real-time chat support, addressing customer inquiries, efficiently resolving issues, and collaborating effectively with team members. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support is required.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, a welcoming work environment, and opportunities for professional growth.

Location: Onsite in Gulberg 2 Lahore. Expected Start Date: August 15, 2025.
