Job Description
The Baitussalam Welfare Trust is inviting applications for the position of Lab Collection Point Incharge. This key role involves overseeing the daily operations of the lab, formulating policies, and tracking performance metrics to ensure optimal functionality.
Primary responsibilities encompass staff recruitment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing departmental budgets. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a medical environment, particularly within a pathological laboratory or consultant clinic.
