HRCONSOL is seeking a highly organized Front Desk Officer to optimize front desk operations while supporting the HR team. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing employee records, coordinating interviews and onboarding processes, as well as assisting with attendance management.

The ideal candidate should possess a BBA/B.Com degree, with 1-3 years of experience in HR or administration, along with proficiency in MS Excel. Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities are essential to succeed in this role.
