Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Secretary to support our CEO at The Resource Provider.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including appointments and meetings.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports.
- Coordinate with other employees on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge of office management and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
