Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with product information and order placements, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions. We require proven experience in customer service and excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a salary range of Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
