Job Description
ASK Development Limited invites applications for the position of Banking Helpline Agents for a leading telecom company. This role requires individuals who can engage with customers positively and assist them effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Process orders and maintain accurate account information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 (including performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the banking sector is required.
- Location: Lahore (In-person only)
