Job Description
Usman Memorial Hospital (UMH) is in search of a highly motivated and dedicated individual for the position of Manager of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent relevant qualification. We prefer candidates with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable hospital.
Key responsibilities include achieving HR targets, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and recruitment processes, and enhancing overall HR strategies.
