Job Description
International Petrochemical is seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plant equipment to ensure efficient production processes, high-quality output, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities: You will operate and maintain assigned equipment, perform routine inspections, assist in start-up and shutdown procedures, ensure workplace cleanliness, document operational data, and communicate effectively with supervisors while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Operations, with 2-4 years of relevant industrial experience. Proficiency in reading gauges and technical instructions is essential, along with physical fitness for manual labor and shift work.
