Job Description
GharPar Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will expertly manage incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently. Your role will include processing membership applications and fostering client relationships through excellent communication.
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers.
- Arrange appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Process membership applications and respond to customer feedback effectively.
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp for timely assistance.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Salary: Rs30,00/month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Call Center Customer Service (Required)
