Job Description

Appicoders Inc is seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, supporting the onboarding process, and maintaining accurate HR records. Additionally, you will play a key role in organizing employee engagement activities and managing daily operational tasks, with a particular focus on headhunting via LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will possess 6 months to 1 year of Core HR experience and be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a solid presence on LinkedIn are essential for success in this position.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of up to Rs50,00.00 per month.
