Job Description
AAM Feast is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to enhance our guests’ experiences. The GRO will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing inquiries, and fostering positive relationships from the moment guests arrive until they depart.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, addressing complaints, and collaborating with staff to ensure timely service. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), demonstrated customer service experience, and outstanding communication skills.
