Job Description
Emenac Inc is actively seeking both fresh and seasoned US Call Center Agents for our international inbound and outbound campaigns located in Lahore. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your career in customer service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate/O/A Levels
- Excellent command of spoken English with an appropriate accent
- Availability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
- Demonstrated focus, regular attendance, and punctuality
- Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries
- Duties encompass chat support, email communication, and inbound/outbound sales
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
