Job Description

Hospital Supply Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Tender Business in the Tender Department at our Karachi Head Office. This position involves supporting and coordinating nationwide tender processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft tenders for Pharmaceuticals and Electro-medical sectors.
  • Prepare security bids and grievance letters in accordance with PPRA regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure timely submission of tenders.
  • Complete internal approval forms and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Electro-medical Certification requirements is a plus.
  • Strong communication and MS Office skills.
  • Exceptional follow-up and coordination capabilities.
