Job Description
Asian Media Service is on the lookout for a skilled News Editor to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating compelling story ideas that focus on South Asian Affairs, Indo-Pak Relations, and the Kashmir Issue. Key duties include pitching stories to editors, conducting thorough research, verifying information, and crafting polished scripts.
This role also involves advising production crews on filming strategies, preparing timing schedules, coordinating bulletin running orders, and ensuring strict compliance with media laws.
Compensation: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month
Working Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Requirements
