Job Description

The Progressive Education Network (PEN) is seeking an Administrator to support the Academic Head in executing, monitoring, and reporting project activities on schedule. This role involves managing the administrative tasks of the cluster office and staff.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.

Duties:

• Assist in planning and executing project plans.
• Oversee school improvement programs.
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate account books.
• Other duties as assigned.
