Job Description
We are looking for both fresh and experienced candidates to join our team as International Callers, focusing on outbound calls to our U.S. clients. This role is perfect for individuals who possess strong communication and outstanding customer service abilities.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to effectively manage objections and finalize bookings.
- Proficient in MS Office and call center software such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Salary is competitive, reaching up to Rs 40,00.00 per month, inclusive of fixed salary, unlimited commissions, and bonuses.
