Job Description
Work Generations Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated IT Support Officer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to enhance our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to end-users, assisting with system maintenance, and ensuring efficient IT operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support.
- Install and configure both hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot networking issues and manage user accounts.
- Collaborate with the team on system upgrades.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Familiarity with Windows operating system and networking principles.
