Job Description

Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently seeking a qualified General Manager of Factory Operations. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, food engineering, or food technology, along with at least 10 years of experience in the FMCG or food industry. Candidates should have a strong background in managerial roles that encompass production management, engineering maintenance, and supply chain operations.

The primary responsibilities for this position include overseeing production processes, engineering maintenance, supply chain management, and inventory control, as well as achieving monthly order targets for both local and export markets. A proven track record of success and strong references are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00 per month

Work Location: On-site; candidates must be able to commute to the SITE Area.
