Job Description

Jawa Health Care is actively seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Call Services Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, offer assistance with service-related issues, and deliver exceptional support to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while upholding high service standards.
• Thoroughly document customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment.

Work Location: On-site | Office Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM, Mon-Fri
