Job Description
Eracon Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Executive with a solid background in human resources and recruitment, specifically within the BPO sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent, while also overseeing essential HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
