Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Ace Luxury Immigration Solutions is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Processing Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing visa applications for Canada, the USA, and Europe while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and case files.
- Manage and organize case files and records effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve case-related issues.
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided at all times.
