Job Description
Shark Technologies, located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to lead our international outbound call center team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a genuine passion for driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise the outbound sales team.
- Monitor team interactions and provide constructive feedback.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Document performance and prepare detailed reports.
