Job Description
Atlas Battery Limited is actively seeking a dedicated Service Officer to join our team. This full-time position is focused on delivering exceptional after-sales service, effectively addressing customer complaints, and ensuring prompt claim resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting product awareness sessions for our dealers and auto technicians.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical issues. This role requires frequent travel, and proficiency in computer usage is necessary. A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (D.A.E) with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
