Job Description
HCM International is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources department within our Multinational Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing HR functions for a significant employee base.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Comprehensive understanding of the complete employee life cycle
- Proficiency in Oracle, particularly Oracle Fusion, as well as MS Office applications
