Job Description

PMTAC Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced applicants with strong communication skills. As a Client Relations Executive, your key responsibilities will include managing incoming/outgoing calls, assessing customer needs, building relationships, and providing solutions to complaints.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone handling and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
