Job Description
A3M Partners is actively seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to enhance our financial operations and improve revenue processes. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare billing, coding, and collections, along with proven strategic leadership abilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete revenue cycle, ensuring adherence to regulations while maximizing revenue generation opportunities. A degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding experience in healthcare RCM.
