Location: Gulberg Green, Islamabad
Bright Ideas Communications is seeking a skilled Head of Design to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional visual, product, and brand experiences. This role combines creative direction, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to define the overall design vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive the design vision and standards across all platforms.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers to foster creativity and professional growth.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Maintain brand identity and ensure visual coherence across all materials.
- Oversee major design projects and implement comprehensive design systems.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field; 8+ years of design experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role; and a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
