Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to oversee the complete recruitment process for our call center roles focused on UK and USA campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment specific to the UK/USA markets, demonstrated excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs 35,00 to Rs 45,00 per month, with night shift hours on-site.
