Job Description
A well-established bank is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer fluent in Pashto or Punjabi to join our branch network in Karachi. - Degree: Bachelor’s in any field
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Punjabi or Pashto
- Experience: Recent graduates or 1-2 years in customer service or banking preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, customer-focused mindset, basic knowledge of banking products, and MS Office proficiency
Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
