Job Description
Circle5 is actively seeking a dedicated Patient Support Specialist with exceptional communication abilities and a background in healthcare or customer service. In this pivotal role as the initial point of contact for patients, you will address billing inquiries, empathetically resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless patient experience.
This is a full-time night shift position, requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Strong English communication skills are essential, and familiarity with billing software will be considered an advantage.
