Job Description
IBSTEC is seeking a skilled Team Lead – Sales to drive our healthcare recruitment efforts in the UK. This leadership position involves overseeing a talented sales team and establishing valuable relationships with healthcare clients based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assess staffing requirements and implement tailored strategies.
- Enhance revenue growth through effective client acquisition.
- Collaborate internally to ensure timely placements.
Location: Lahore, Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
