Job Description
Napollo Software Design LLC is actively seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team at our office located in Bahria Town, Lahore. We are in search of a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR professional who is passionate about enhancing our growing team across various HR functions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from start to finish
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and HR databases
- Develop and implement effective HR policies
- Manage employee relations and address performance-related issues
- Coordinate benefits administration and provide payroll support
- Plan engaging employee wellness and engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 3 years of HR experience, is required.
