Job Description
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Shift Timing: 7 PM – 4 AM
Salary: PKR 80,00 – 100,00 (Base) + Commission (Potential earnings of up to PKR 200,00 – 250,00)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee contract renewals and encourage service usage.
- Identify client needs to optimize revenue generation.
- Address and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor success metrics to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success or sales.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
