Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an International Sales Manager for our Food & Confectionery segment. The ideal candidate will lead sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue growth within our Personal Care product portfolio. This role requires frequent international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Nurture relationships with overseas clients
- Expand market presence
- Prepare reports and forecasts
- Collaborate cross-functionally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years of sales experience in Food & Confectionery/FMCG
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

Salary: Rs250,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month
