Job Description
The Hashmanis Group of Hospitals is looking for a Senior Manager of Operations to join our team. We require a qualified professional with a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will possess 6 to 8 years of experience in hospital operations.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily hospital operations, managing vendor relationships, procurement, budgeting, and handling crisis management. Exceptional skills in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning are crucial for success in this role.
This is a full-time position that necessitates in-person work at our Saddar location, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
