Job Description
Topaz Group of Companies is in search of a committed and experienced Head HR and Admin Manager to manage all facets of human resources and administrative operations. This essential position will ensure the alignment of HR strategies with the company’s business objectives, alongside managing office administration, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits.
- Lead and coordinate training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Supervise overall office operations.
