Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles.
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Collaborate with team leaders to address staffing requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain dashboards.
- Aim to meet and exceed hiring targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven approach.
Compensation: Rs40,00 – Rs90,00 per month.
