Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage operations and build relationships with dealers and furniture markets in the designated area.
- Mentor dealers and their sales staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Drive new business development by adding potential dealers or corporate sales.
- Achieve sales targets and oversee the dealership retention program.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Background in foam industry or FMCG is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs50,00.00 per month
