Job Description
Link HR Consultants is currently looking for a dedicated Senior HR Executive to become an integral part of our team. This position will involve supporting the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, fostering employee engagement, and organizing training activities. You will be responsible for attendance and payroll coordination, addressing employee grievances, and preparing HR reports, all while ensuring strict compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a hospital setting. A strong understanding of labor laws and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
