Job Description
The MAP Group of Companies is actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Documentation Officer to enhance our operations. This role is crucial for effective shipment planning and meticulous management of shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in Climax software.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with customer service teams, submit shipping instructions, monitor VGM filings, coordinate with courier services, and ensure timely dispatch of documents.
Qualifications: Preferred previous experience, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to thrive under pressure, and a bachelor’s degree.
