Upscale Valley is on the lookout for an experienced Retention Marketing Manager with a minimum of ten years in enhancing customer loyalty and retention across various digital platforms. This strategic, data-driven leader will play a pivotal role in refining our retention marketing strategies.
In this position, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding through to reactivation, ensuring maximum engagement and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include crafting multi-channel marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve our goals.
