Job Description
ABS International is actively seeking a talented IT Technician to deliver exceptional technical support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring system efficiency, promptly resolving technical issues, and supporting our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor network security and conduct regular data backups.
- Provide end-user support and training.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals.
