Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media & Content Head who specializes in elevating brands online. This pivotal leadership position requires a proactive individual who will lead content strategy, manage creative execution, and evaluate performance metrics effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing weekly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Crafting compelling captions and scripts for video content.
- Overseeing a small creative team to ensure innovative output.
- Monitoring engagement metrics to refine and enhance content strategies.
Qualifications required:
- 4-6 years of experience in social media strategy.
- Strong expertise in writing and content psychology.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
