Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and enhance revenue growth within our BPO services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the BPO sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven.

Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
