Job Description
Premier Medical Associates (PMA) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to our clients. In this position, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for every individual.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, making outbound calls, assessing customer needs, and accurately documenting interactions. Candidates should possess prior experience in customer service, exhibit excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive demeanor.
This is a full-time role with an expectation of 45 hours per week. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred, and fluency in English is required.
