Job Description
Banera Country Club is experiencing rapid growth and is actively seeking a dedicated Event Manager. This role is located in Bahria Town, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and evaluate staff performance, create schedules, and manage any performance-related issues.
- Provide outstanding customer service and efficiently address customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance sales and attract new customers.
Required Skills: A minimum of 5 years of experience, strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent customer service skills.
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00/month
